Celebrate Easter Sunday in Encinitas on April 5, 2026 at Union Kitchen & Tap with a festive morning on the Garden Patio. Families can kick off the holiday with a Kids Easter Egg Hunt from 9:30–10:30AM, followed by photos at our Easter-themed backdrop—perfect for capturing the day with family and friends. Guests can also enjoy our Build Your Own Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar, featuring $8 mimosas, $15 loaded Bloody Marys, and $13 bottles of champagne.

Our kitchen will feature seasonal specials including Lobster Deviled Eggs ($18) with chilled Maine lobster and lemon-chive filling, while dinner guests can enjoy a Pistachio-Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb ($48) served with carrot-ginger purée, roasted spring vegetables, mint chimichurri, and lamb jus.
