Union Kitchen & Tap Encinitas is turning up the volume for college football fans this season, serving as a home base for supporters of the South Carolina Gamecocks, Colorado Buffaloes and Miami Hurricanes.
With wall-to-wall TVs, full sound and game-day specials, Union Encinitas is designed to make every Saturday feel like a home game.
Game-Day Specials include:
- Bavarian Pretzel — An 11-ounce soft Bavarian pretzel served with house-made beer cheese and honey mustard.
- Dirty Wings — Crispy chicken wings tossed in buffalo and ranch, topped with green onions and bacon bits.
- Pepperoni Hot Honey Flatbread — Marinara, pepperoni, Calabrian chiles and mozzarella, finished with hot honey.
