Summer has finally arrived in Southern California and so have Union Kitchen and Tap’s new summer cocktails! The new additions range 
from fresh and earthy to bold and bright with a spicy kick. Pictured to the right is one of our bold and fresh new concoctions containing nolet’s gin, snap pea, lemon and orange blossom called “Eliza.”
For lovers of a sweet cocktails that won’t put you in a sugar coma, the “Jenny” might be the perfect happy medium for you. This light and refreshing libation has just the right amount of sweetness with a mix of Captain Morgan White Rum, cucumber, grapefruit, ginger and mint.
Don’t fret if you have a favorite cocktail you just can’t let go of yet- many of our popular favorites like “Mr. Pink” are sticking around for the summer.
