Last week, Union Kitchen & Tap Encinitas launched their new summer menu food menu and, man are the new 
additions delicious. The new menu features classic Union favorites like the Union Gumbo, Shrimp & Grits and the Steak Frites but also adds sure-to-be new classics like this Gumbo Poutine (pictured).
This delicious looking dish contains house seasoned frites (fries), gumbo, roasted okra,
smoked chicken, crispy andouille and melted mozzarella cheese and is sure to be an instant favorite. Head on down to your favorite Encinitas beach bar for a taste of some of our new summer dishes and some of our tried and true favorites.
